These terms apply to your use of johnstownpet.com and to any purchase or service from Johnstown Pet Services, owned and operated by Francis Chukwunoso Egbo, 495 Leventry Rd, Johnstown, PA 15904. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

Online store

• All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout.
• We try to show products, colors and prices accurately but cannot guarantee there are no errors. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or refuse an order at our discretion.
• Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation.

Grooming services

• Pets must be current on their rabies vaccination as required by Pennsylvania law. We may ask for proof.
• Please tell us about any health issues, allergies, injuries or behavior concerns before the appointment.
• Listed prices are starting prices. Final prices depend on size, coat condition (such as heavy matting) and temperament, and will be discussed with you.
• For your pet's safety, we may stop or decline a service if a pet is aggressive, extremely stressed, or unwell.
• Severely matted coats may need to be shaved short. Removing mats can reveal skin issues that already existed; we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions.
• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Pets not picked up within one hour of the agreed time may be charged a late pickup fee.

Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to Johnstown Pet Services and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Johnstown Pet Services is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products. Our total liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
