Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States (all 50 states). We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping rates

• Flat-rate standard shipping: $7.99 per order.
• Free shipping on orders of $50.00 or more.
• Free local pickup at 495 Leventry Rd, Johnstown, PA 15904 during business hours (Mon–Sat 8am–5pm · Closed Sun).

Processing & delivery times

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).
• Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after your order ships.
• Pickup orders are usually ready the same or next business day. We'll contact you when your order is ready.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost, delayed by more than 10 business days, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@johnstownpet.com and we'll make it right.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll do our best to help.
